Terms of Service

Last updated: October 29, 2026

Version française : forfaits, images, acomptes et SMS (Cameroun) · The French version below covers plans, your own pictures, deposits, SMS, win-back and the rules for businesses in Cameroon. For those topics the French and English versions are equally authoritative; the rest of this document is in English, which prevails.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of NexaVella ("NexaVella", "we", "us"), a business management platform for beauty and wellness businesses, including hairstyling, barbering, nail care, skin care, massage & spa, and cosmetology providers. By creating an account or otherwise using NexaVella, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The Service

NexaVella provides a dashboard for managing appointments, customers, staff, products and services, invoicing, and subscription billing, along with transactional email/SMS notifications and a customer-facing AI booking assistant. Features and pricing may change over time; material changes to a paid plan will be communicated before they take effect.

Accounts

  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your login credentials confidential.
  • You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account, including data your staff enter.
  • You must be legally authorized to operate the business you register on NexaVella.
  • NexaVella automatically records which team member (or which automated source) created or last changed your customers, appointments, invoices, products, services, stock documents and credit memos, and when, and shows this in your dashboard; for invoices it also keeps a history of the changes made to the invoice, with the date, time and name of the team member who made each one, visible only to the owner and managers (see our Privacy Policy). Before your staff and managers use NexaVella, you are responsible for telling them about this recording and for meeting any notice, consultation (for example with a works council or staff representatives) or other requirement of employment or privacy law where you operate. You must not use this information in a way that breaks those laws.

Your Data

Customer records, appointments, invoices, and other business data you enter into NexaVella belong to you. We process it to operate the service on your behalf, as described in our Privacy Policy. This includes personal data about your own team (staff records and the record history of who created or changed a record); you are the controller of that data and we process it on your behalf. You are responsible for having the right to collect and store any customer information you enter, including phone numbers used for SMS notifications - see the SMS & Communications section below and our Privacy Policy for consent requirements.

SMS & Communications

NexaVella sends transactional SMS and email on your behalf (appointment confirmations and reminders, invoice notices, deposit payment requests and reminders, account verification codes) to you and, where you enable it, to your own customers. Message frequency varies with account activity; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or HELP for help. Full details are in our Privacy Policy. These messages are never used for marketing. Texts about a deposit (a request to pay it, a payment confirmation or a reminder about it) are appointment messages of the same kind.

Reply STOP to any message to opt out. Where we can receive replies in French, ARRET (and the other accepted French words: ARRÊT, ARRETE, ARRETER, STOPPEZ, DESABONNER, DESABONNEZ, DESABONNEMENT, with or without accents) also works; you can always opt out by contacting the business or support@nexavella.com. Reply START or REPRENDRE to receive messages again, and HELP for help. The word ANNULER is deliberately not an opt-out word, because it is how a customer asks to cancel an appointment.

You are responsible for obtaining valid consent from your own clients to receive text messages, including when you or your staff enter a client's number on the client's behalf. By using the messaging features you represent that you have that consent and will keep proof of it.

Waitlist & Win-back Messages

Two optional tools let a business contact its own clients. Both are off until the business switches them on, and in both the business — not NexaVella — is the sender.

  • Waitlist. A client who cannot find a time can ask the business to be told if one opens up. The messages that follow (a confirmation, an offer of a freed time, a link to stop waiting) are sent only about that request, only after the client agreed to be contacted for it, and every text carries the STOP wording. An offer is never a promise of an appointment: the first client to confirm gets the time, and nothing is held. You are responsible for the offers your business makes and for honouring the bookings that result.
  • Win-back e-mail.The business can send a short e-mail to its own clients who are overdue for a visit. It is e-mail only; NexaVella does not send marketing texts. Win-back is open for the United States and Cameroon (and any other country we add). In the United States, previously served clients are eligible, as before. Elsewhere, only clients the business has actually served or booked are eligible (never purchased lists); by default the audience includes only clients who ticked the separate promotions e-mail box, and the owner may choose, explicitly, to also include previously served clients who did not tick it. A client who unsubscribes also has their promotions consent marked as withdrawn. The business writes or approves the content, including any offer it types in, and is responsible for it, for having the right to e-mail each client, and for the marketing, privacy and anti-spam rules where it operates. Every such e-mail shows the business's name, postal address and contact (for a business in Cameroon, also its NIU), is written in one language, the client's (or the business's default language), and has a one-click unsubscribe link. A client who unsubscribes is not e-mailed again through this tool by that business, permanently; reminders, receipts and booking confirmations are not affected. NexaVella applies sending hours in the business's time zone, daily and per-client limits and the unsubscribe list, and only offers win-back in the countries we have enabled. Deposit links for Cameroon are shared by the business through its own apps (for example WhatsApp); NexaVella sends no SMS for Cameroon deposits. You may not use either tool to send content that is unlawful, misleading or unrelated to your own clients and services, or to contact anyone who has asked you to stop.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use NexaVella to send unsolicited or unlawful communications, including SMS sent without the recipient's consent.
  • Attempt to access another business's data or interfere with the platform's security or availability.
  • Use the service for any purpose that violates applicable law, including data protection and telemarketing/messaging regulations (e.g. TCPA) in your jurisdiction.
  • Reverse-engineer, resell, or white-label the platform without our written permission.
  • Display payment instructions for an account you are not authorized to use, or use invoices or payment instructions to collect money for anything other than your own goods and services.

Your Own Pictures

On Professional and Enterprise you can replace the built-in artwork of a service, a product or a category with a picture you upload. Pictures of services and service categories are shown to anyone who opens your public booking page; product pictures appear only in your dashboard. By uploading a picture you confirm that you own it or have the right to use it, and that it is lawful: it must not infringe anyone's copyright, trademark or privacy, or be unlawful, hateful, deceptive or sexually explicit, and it must not show a person who has not agreed to it being published on your booking page (for a child, a parent or guardian). You keep proof of that agreement. You are responsible for what you upload. We may remove a picture, or suspend this feature for a business, that breaches these Terms or the law, or on a valid legal request.

Our designated agent for notices of copyright infringement under the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (registered with the U.S. Copyright Office, registration number DMCA-1082373) is Purple Hardstone LLC, 5555 Whittlesey Blvd Suite 1200 #1145, Columbus, GA 31909, United States; email support@purplehardstone.com; phone 706-478-7440. To report a picture that infringes your copyright, send your notice to that address. It should include your physical or electronic signature, the work concerned, the booking page link and which picture (so we can find it), your contact details, a good-faith statement that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law, and a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act for the owner. To report a picture that shows you without your agreement, or any other picture problem that is not about copyright, email support@nexavella.com with the booking page link, which picture, and why. We remove a picture we have good reason to believe is unlawful, tell the business, and let it respond. We switch this feature off for a business that repeatedly uploads infringing pictures.

Counter-notice. If you are the business and believe a picture was removed by mistake or misidentification, send a counter-notice to the designated agent above (support@purplehardstone.com). It should include your physical or electronic signature; identification of the picture that was removed and where it appeared before it was removed; a statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief it was removed by mistake or misidentification; your name, address and telephone number; and your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for the judicial district of your address (or, if your address is outside the United States, any judicial district in which we are located) and to accept service of process from the person who sent the original notice. We pass your counter-notice to that person, and we restore the picture in 10 to 14 business days unless that person tells us they have filed a court action against you to keep it down.

You keep all rights in your pictures. You grant NexaVella a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence, for as long as we hold the picture, to store, copy (including in backups and caches), convert, crop, resize and display it, and to let our hosting providers do so on our behalf, only to provide the service to you and your customers. We keep two resized square copies and discard the original file.

If your plan stops including this feature (for example after a downgrade to Starter, when a trial ends, or when your plan ends for any reason), none of your pictures are shown any more: your services, products and categories go back to the built-in artwork and no new picture can be uploaded. After a downgrade (you still have a paid plan, just one without this feature) your saved pictures are permanently deleted by our next daily clean-up, about 24 hours later, and they do not come back if you return to a plan that includes them. When your plan ends (a trial that is not converted, a cancellation once the paid period is over, an expired or suspended subscription, a full refund), your pictures are kept for 7 days in case you come back, and come back automatically if your plan includes them again within those 7 days; after that they are permanently deleted. Either way, save your own copies first (you can download each picture in the picture control, and we never keep the original file). You can delete any of your pictures yourself at any time, and pictures are deleted with the service or product they belong to and with your business data. Backup copies age out on our regular backup cycle (see Data Retention in our Privacy Policy). Your data export lists your pictures but does not include the image files, so keep your own copies of the originals.

Subscriptions & Billing

Paid plans are billed on the cycle you choose, at the price shown before you buy. Plans available differ between the website and the Apple App Store / Google Play. For plans bought on our website, prices are in US dollars, taxes are not currently added, plan changes are prorated against your current billing period, and payments appear on your card statement as "PHARDSTO* NEXAVELLA"; Purple Hardstone LLC is the company behind NexaVella. For plans bought in the Apple App Store or Google Play, the store sets the displayed currency, taxes, billing and plan-change timing.

Subscriptions bought in the Apple App Store or Google Play are billed and refunded by that store; subscriptions bought on our website are billed by our payment processor.

Plan features and limits. What each plan includes, and its limits, are as described in the app at the time you buy. Today: the number of people who can sign in to your dashboard, the account owner included (Starter up to 3, Professional up to 10, Enterprise unlimited), the number of business types in one account, and which features each plan includes (for example the AI Business Assistant, advanced reports, the AI Phone Line, your own pictures for services, products and categories, and, where the platform has opened them for your business, appointment deposits, the waitlist and win-back messages are part of Professional and Enterprise). Limits apply to adding new things: after a plan change we never delete your data (other than your own pictures, see Your Own Pictures above) or remove a team member on our own; if you are over the new plan's limits you keep what you have and cannot add more until you are back within them, and features the new plan does not include stop being available for new activity (an existing AI Phone Line keeps answering for 14 days after a downgrade; your own pictures stop showing at once and are permanently deleted within about 24 hours, so save copies first, see Your Own Pictures). Before you lower your plan on our website or in our app, we show you the features you would lose and ask you to confirm; the features of the higher plan stop once the change takes effect (with the exceptions described here), and we email you the same list. A change you make directly in the App Store or Google Play is processed by that store, so we cannot show you the list first and we email it to you right after. Refunds, deposits you already hold, opt-outs (such as STOP replies and unsubscribe links) and exporting your data are never blocked by a plan change. A free trial of 7 days has Professional-level access. We may add features to a plan at any time; if we reduce what a paid plan includes, we will tell you before the change takes effect.

Credits.Credits pay for texts and keep AI replies running after your plan's included usage is used up. Credits bought on our website and in the App Store or Google Play go into one shared balance for your business. Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred or exchanged for money, and are not refunded once used, except as described in Refunds. They do not expire with time, but they can only be used while your account has an active plan; if your account is deleted (including when your data is deleted after a plan ends, see Termination), any remaining balance is lost.

Taking card payments from your own clients. If you choose to accept card payments on invoices, you connect your own Stripe account to NexaVella through Stripe's authorization screen. Your clients' payments are charged directly on your Stripe account: you are the merchant of record, you receive the funds, and you are responsible for refunds, disputes, chargebacks, fees and any negative balance on that account, under your own agreement with Stripe. Purple Hardstone LLC is not a party to those payments, does not hold your funds or your clients' card data, and does not charge a fee on them. You can disconnect at any time from the NexaVella web dashboard or from your Stripe dashboard. Card payments on invoices are currently available only to businesses whose invoices are in US dollars; other businesses record payments received in cash or by other methods in their own currency.

Payments received outside NexaVella. NexaVella lets you display your own payment instructions (such as a bank account, mobile money number or other payment details) to your clients and record that an invoice was paid in this way. Those payments are made directly between you and your client, through the bank, operator or app you choose. Purple Hardstone LLC is not a party to them and is not a bank, payment service provider, money transmitter or escrow agent: it does not receive, hold or transfer the money, does not verify that a payment was made, does not guarantee any payment, and is not responsible for any dispute, refund or loss between you and your clients. You are responsible for: the accuracy of the payment details you display; displaying only accounts that you, or your business, are entitled to receive payments into; following the terms and fees of the bank, operator or app you use; and confirming receipt in your own account before recording a payment. You may use this feature only to collect payment for your own goods and services.

Appointment Deposits

Where the deposit feature is available to your business, it is an optional tool. NexaVella does not take, hold or charge any deposit, and Purple Hardstone LLC is not a party to any deposit between you and your clients. NexaVella does not charge a fee on deposits. If we ever introduce one, we will give you at least 30 days' notice first, and it will not apply to deposits already taken.

Online bookings that ask for a deposit. When a business asks for a deposit on its online booking page, it holds the customer's time for up to the period the business set (shorter when the appointment is soon), extended once if the customer presses "I have paid", and releases it automatically if the business has not recorded the deposit by then. Before booking, the customer sees the amount, the length of the hold and the business's terms, and ticks a box to accept them. NexaVella does not receive or hold the money. If a payment is recorded after the time was released, the booking is restored when the time is still free; otherwise the business refunds the full amount it received, whatever its cancellation terms say, because the booking was never confirmed. While the hold is live, the customer can release the held time from the payment page.

  • Your policy, your responsibility. Each business defines its own deposit and refund policy: the deposit amount, how much of it you keep when a client cancels late or does not come, how much is refunded when you cancel, and how a rescheduled appointment is handled. You are solely responsible for that policy, for the wording your clients read, and for complying with the law where you operate, including consumer-protection, cancellation, refund, tax and advertising rules. In Cameroon, your policy and booking page must in particular follow Framework Law No. 2011/012 of 6 May 2011 on consumer protection (articles 5, 6 and 13), Law No. 2010/021 of 21 December 2010 on electronic commerce (articles 11, 12, 15, 20, 30 and 31) and Law No. 2024/017 of 23 December 2024 on personal data protection. NexaVella gives you tools that apply these rules (bilingual text, a summary before confirmation, a copy sent to the customer, proof of acceptance); the policy remains yours. NexaVella also offers drafting tools and starting points that help you write your policy; the policy remains yours, and you decide what applies to your business in your location. We recommend having it reviewed by a qualified professional in your area before you activate it. The app applies the settings you save, not the wording of the text.
  • Deposit (acompte) and late-cancellation fee.A deposit (acompte) is a payment on account of the price: it binds both the customer and the business. If your policy keeps part of it for a late cancellation or no-show, write that as a late-cancellation fee, with the amount, the cut-off time and the part refunded. It must not exceed the deposit. If the business cancels, the deposit is refunded in full. Do not use the word "arrhes". For a business in Cameroon, NexaVella also applies a withdrawal rule when it works out the outcome of a deposit: a customer who cancels within 15 days of booking an appointment that is more than 15 days away is refunded in full whatever the cancellation time, and the late-cancellation fee never exceeds the deposit.
  • Business details (Cameroon). Before online deposits, online holds or deposit pay links are offered for a business in Cameroon, the business fills in its legal name (raison sociale), address, phone, e-mail, NIU, RCCM number (or entreprenant declaration number) and VAT position, writes its deposit policy in both French and English, and has a policy that refunds the deposit in full when the business itself cancels. These details are shown on the booking page, on the deposit pages and in the confirmation copy sent to the customer. You are responsible for their accuracy. Prices and deposits are shown in FCFA, "TTC" (tax included) or "TVA non applicable" according to your VAT answer.
  • Consent boxes and confirmation copy (Cameroon). On the booking page of a business in Cameroon, the customer sees a summary before the final button, then separate unticked boxes in the language the customer chose: acceptance of the deposit and cancellation policy (when a deposit applies), consent to the use of personal data and, optionally and separately, promotional e-mails. A customer who gives a phone number or e-mail address agrees to receive service messages about the booking (confirmations, payment, invoices, reminders), as with every other business, without a box of its own. The policy and the wording of the boxes are always available in French and English, equally authoritative, in one expandable block. NexaVella stores each acceptance as a record that cannot be altered (wording version, the exact text shown and its fingerprint, languages, price and tax display, time) and sends the customer a confirmation copy by e-mail. You are responsible for your policy; NexaVella provides the tools and keeps the proof.
  • Your acknowledgement. Before you activate deposits, the account owner or a manager (while the owner allows managers to do so) confirms the statements shown on screen, a manager doing so on behalf of the business. NexaVella keeps a dated record of who confirmed, in what role, which version of the statements and which version of your policy.
  • What your clients see. Your clients see your own policy (in French and English for businesses in Cameroon), in the version in force when they booked. You must not describe a deposit as something NexaVella guarantees or backs.
  • Where the money goes.Deposit money goes to you. A card deposit is charged directly on your own Stripe account (see "Taking card payments from your own clients" above); other deposits (for example cash or mobile money) are made directly between you and your client and are recorded in NexaVella by you or your team. NexaVella does not verify that a payment was made. Refunds, disputes, chargebacks and any complaint about a deposit are between you and your client.
  • Card payments of deposits.Where card deposits are available to your business, a client can pay a deposit by card on the deposit page. The card payment is processed by Stripe on your own Stripe account: you are the merchant, you set your own deposit and refund terms, and Stripe's processing fee is charged to your Stripe account. A refund of a card deposit goes back to the original card. If a card payment arrives when it can no longer be applied to the booking (for example the held time was released, the appointment was cancelled, or the deposit was already paid another way), you authorize NexaVella to refund the whole card payment to the original card from your Stripe account, whatever your own refund terms say, because no booking was confirmed with it, and you are told. Stripe does not return its processing fee on refunds. If the refund cannot be made (for example your Stripe balance is too low), you remain responsible for refunding your client.
  • Bookings that were never confirmed. When a held booking is released, when a payment arrives after the release and the time is no longer free, or when only part of the deposit had been received when the hold ended, you refund the full amount you received: the booking was never confirmed, so your cancellation terms do not apply.
  • Your records.Deposit, refund, payment and invoice records are your business's own accounting records. You keep them for the period your own legal, tax and accounting obligations require, you own them, and you can export them at any time until your data is deleted (90 days after your plan ends, after advance notice). Periods vary; check the rules that apply to your business. When a client asks you to erase their data, you may keep the records you are legally required to keep.
  • Who can record deposits. Team members other than the owner and managers can send a deposit link, record a deposit payment, waive a deposit or settle one only if the owner or a manager has allowed that person to. Recording a deposit confirms money received, so grant it only to people you trust.
  • Availability. Deposits are available only in countries we have enabled, based on the country your business confirms in its settings, and only once we have made the feature available to your business. They are not available elsewhere (for example in the United Kingdom or the European Union). We may turn deposits on or off for a country or a business at any time, for example for legal or safety reasons; deposits already agreed stay with the policy they were booked under.

AI Phone Line

The AI Phone Line gives your business its own dedicated phone number that your AI Business Assistant answers by call and text. It is available to the account owner of a paid, active Professional or Enterprise plan (not during a free trial). It is a web-only product and is not sold through the Apple App Store or Google Play.

  • One-time setup fee.A one-time setup fee is charged before we order your number. The amount is shown to you before you pay. It covers the first month of the number's rental and the text-message (toll-free) verification work. You use NexaVella for your business, not as a consumer. Before paying you confirm that you ask us to start setting up your number now and that, once your number is active, the setup fee is non-refundable and you lose any right to cancel this purchase and get it back.
  • Carrier verification details. To verify your number for texting, you give us details about your business (business name and type, contact person, address, website, a registration number if you are a registered company). We submit them to our telephony provider and the mobile carriers. You must provide accurate and current details; inaccurate or misleading details can cause verification to fail or the number to be blocked, which is your responsibility. See the Privacy Policy for how these details are used.
  • If setup fails. If we cannot set up your number, the setup fee is refunded to your original payment method in full automatically, and we tell you by email.
  • Calls and texts. Calls work as soon as your number is active. Texting starts once the carriers approve the toll-free verification, which usually takes a few business days and sometimes longer. If the carriers reject the text verification, calls keep working; contact support@nexavella.com and we will look at your case. A rejected verification does not by itself entitle you to a refund.
  • Once the number is active. After your number is active the setup fee is non-refundable, because the setup has been carried out. This is the one exception to the 14-day / 7-day refund window in the Refunds section below, which applies to every other payment made directly to us (not through an app store). Nothing in this section limits rights you have under applicable law.
  • Monthly rental counts in your usage allowance. The number's monthly rental cost is counted in your plan's monthly usage allowance (the same allowance that covers AI replies, texts and calls), not charged separately.
  • Idle numbers are released. If your number has no calls and no texts (sent or received) for 60 days, we email you that it will be released in 14 days unless the line is used; any call or text resets the timer. If it is still unused after those 14 days, the number is released.
  • When your plan ends. If your subscription is cancelled or expires, the number is released 30 days after the plan ended, and we email you about 7 days before. Reactivating your plan before then keeps the number.
  • After a release. A released number cannot be recovered and may be given to someone else. Setting up the AI Phone Line again means a new number and a new one-time setup fee. The rest of your account, including your data, is not affected by a release.

Cancellation

The account owner can cancel at any time. A website subscription can be cancelled in Dashboard → Subscriptions on the website. Cancelling stops future charges; your access continues until the end of the billing period you have already paid for. Cancelling does not refund the current period, except as described in the Refunds section below. A subscription started through the Apple App Store or Google Play is cancelled in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings, not in the NexaVella dashboard.

Refunds

  • Payments made directly to us. Any card payment you make directly to NexaVella (not through an app store) (other than the AI Phone Line setup fee once your number is active, see the AI Phone Line section above) can be refunded in full if you request it within 14 days of that payment, when your account or card billing country is in the European Union, the European Economic Area, or the United Kingdom, and within 7 days of that payment in all other cases.
  • After the window. Outside those periods, refunds are made only at our discretion, by exception.
  • How to request. The account owner can request a refund of a payment made directly to us from the web dashboard (Subscriptions → Request a Refund), or by contacting support@nexavella.com. Refunds are returned to the original payment method, usually within 5-10 business days.
  • Effect on your plan. If the most recent payment funding your current period is fully refunded, the plan it paid for ends immediately (for a Lifetime payment, Lifetime access is revoked) and your dashboard is locked until you subscribe again. Your data is kept for 90 days (see Termination below). Partial refunds, and refunds of plan-change or proration charges, leave your plan active.
  • Credit packs. If a credit-pack payment is refunded (in full or in part), the matching unspent credits from that pack are removed. Credit packs bought in the App Store or Google Play are billed and refunded by Apple or Google, not by NexaVella.
  • App Store and Google Play. Refunds for subscriptions or purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play are handled by Apple or Google under their own policies; NexaVella cannot issue them, so please request them from Apple or Google.

Nothing in this section limits rights you have under applicable law.

Third-Party Services

NexaVella relies on infrastructure providers (Supabase, Google Sign-In, Amazon Web Services, Stripe, RevenueCat, Twilio, OpenAI, Deepgram, Fly.io, Google Maps Platform, Sentry, and Vercel) to operate, as described in our Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for outages or issues originating from those providers, though we work to minimize their impact.

Disclaimers

NexaVella is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. You are responsible for verifying critical business information (appointments, invoices, payments) independently of the platform.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NexaVella is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including lost revenue or lost data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Termination

You may stop using NexaVella at any time, and the account owner may ask us to delete the account at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these Terms, including sending SMS without proper recipient consent or otherwise misusing the platform's messaging capabilities.

When a plan ends (it is cancelled, refunded and ended, or a free trial of 7 days lapses without subscribing), your dashboard is locked. Your business data is kept for 90 days so you can subscribe again or export it, except your own pictures, which are kept for 7 days after the plan ends in case you come back, then permanently deleted (see Your Own Pictures). We email you advance notice (at least 14 days before) and then delete it. You can export your data as a file at any time until it is deleted, including after the plan ends. You can also ask for deletion sooner; after the 7-day cancel window, we complete deletion within 30 days of your request, unless the law requires or allows us to keep it longer or we cannot complete it yet - in that case we will contact you. Some records are kept longer: NexaVella's own subscription billing records (7 years, or longer where tax law requires) and SMS consent and opt-out records (slim SMS send and opt-out records for 4 years after that message; consent records for 4 years after deletion or the last consent or opt-out activity, to defend legal claims), as described in our Privacy Policy. We may also keep data longer where needed to resolve an open billing matter, refund or dispute, or where the law requires it. Staff and manager logins are deleted with the business account.

What deleting an account means for payments. Deleting an account cancels any active subscription billed by our payment processor immediately, with no refund of the unused part of the period you have paid for, and any prepaid credit balance is forfeited. Owners on the Lifetime plan lose the Lifetime plan. Subscriptions bought through the Apple App Store or Google Play are not cancelled by deleting your account; cancel them in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings. The payment-processor account your business uses to take payments from its own clients is yours, and you close it yourself.

Deleting is separate from refunds: see the Refunds section if you want to request one. NexaVella is operated by Purple Hardstone LLC.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above; continued use of NexaVella after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
