How does the free trial work?
Every new account starts with a 7-day free trial. You do not need a card to start. When you choose a plan you are asked to add a payment method.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time from your Subscriptions page. Cancelling stops future charges and your access continues until the end of the period you have paid for.
What about refunds?
Website payments can be refunded on request within 14 days if your account or card billing country is in the EU, EEA or UK, and within 7 days elsewhere. If you subscribed through the Apple App Store or Google Play, Apple or Google handles the refund under their own policies.
Can I switch plans?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade from the Subscriptions page at any time.
How many people can use my account?
Starter includes up to 3 users, Professional up to 10 and Enterprise has no limit. The account owner counts as one user. Team members who only appear on your calendar and have no login do not count.
What does "included usage" mean?
Each paid plan includes a monthly amount of text messages and, on Professional and Enterprise, AI Business Assistant replies. Email is free within a generous monthly fair-use allowance. You can add credit packs whenever you need more.
Does the AI make things up?
No. Your AI Business Assistant answers only from the FAQ and the services and prices you entered. When it does not know, it passes the question to your team.
How do I get support?
Email support@nexavella.com on any plan. Professional gets a priority email response and Enterprise gets an onboarding call (30 to 45 minutes) and a named contact; both reply within 2 business days.
